Special asbestos-based and asbestos-free materials are used in developing disc brake pads. Asbestos-free disc brake pads are made in low metal, high metal and organic compositions.These pads (pucks, buttons) are highly durable and resistant to heat. Offers a wide range of disc brake pads for the European, Japanese, Korean, American and Indian vehicles.

Fricmart pads are designed to produce the highest possible performance levels over a 520b1d906a067b03c7c40000wide range of operating conditions. Fricmart  pads are produced in a total of  five different asbestos-free  formulations in  Low Metallics, Non Asbestos Organics and True Ceramic compositions,  each one, the product of  hundreds of  hours of testing and research work.

With  in-house R&D  Lab as well as  interaction with international R&D hubs  Fricmart is among one of  few  companies in India capable of developing and manufacturing brake friction solutions for use in the premier / specialised brakes  including  CVs , SUVs, Racing   and off-highway applications.

LX 9600H

Lx9600 `H’. Plus was developed for extreme braking conditions. An exceptionally high coefficient of friction (0.60) is achieved while maintaining the same flat friction curve.The pad life is increased by 15 to 20% in most applications. “Plus” material has an extremely high `initial bite’  yet is consistent in providing super performance till the residue. This material is used in Racing operating in  most difficult terrain.

Ceramic   This material contains Ceramic / Vitreous  fibres and their derivatives & modifiers offering unmatched performance under severe high inertia applications . This  material is ideal for heavy-duty trucks, large SUV’s and pickup trucks provides the durability, safety and performance  to meet  the application. An exceptionally low coefficient of friction (0.35) is achieved while maintaining the same flat friction curve.The pad life is increased to 20% in most applications. “Plus” material has an extremely high `initial bite’  yet is consistent in providing super performance till the residue.
